TikTok Challenge TOZ - Terms and Conditions
1. Organizer
This challenge is organized by TOZ, operated by AFK Studio, a company registered in France, with its registered office at 94370 SUCY-EN-BRIE (hereinafter "the Organizer").
2. Purpose of the Challenge
The challenge aims to promote the TOZ - Party Games mobile application through the creation of video content on the TikTok social network. Anyone who publishes a video meeting the conditions defined below may be eligible for a reward if the performance criteria are met.
3. Eligibility
Participation in the challenge is open to anyone who:
- is 18 years of age or older,
- has a public TikTok account,
- resides in a country that allows this type of participation.
4. How to Participate
To participate, the participant must:
- publish a video on their TikTok account showcasing the TOZ - Party Games application,
- mention the @toz_party account,
- use the hashtag #tozapp,
- keep the video public for the entire duration of the challenge (12 months).
5. Winning Criteria
A reward is granted when the video published by the participant reaches 500,000 views on TikTok. The views must be:
- public,
- organic,
- compliant with TikTok's rules.
6. Reward
The reward consists of a gift card worth $250 (including tax). The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can it be swapped or refunded.
7. Verification and Award
The Organizer reserves the right to:
- verify the authenticity of views,
- request statistical evidence (screenshots, analytics access),
- refuse to award the reward in cases of fraud or non-compliance with these terms.
8. Content Usage Rights
By participating in the challenge, the participant expressly authorizes the Organizer to:
- reproduce,
- represent,
- distribute,
- exploit
9. Advertising Disclosure
The participant acknowledges that the video constitutes a promotional communication and agrees to comply with applicable regulations, including by clearly indicating a mention such as #ad or #sponsoredcontent if necessary.
10. Liability
The Organizer shall not be held liable for:
- TikTok malfunctions,
- video removals by the platform,
- view fluctuations beyond its control.
11. Taxation
The participant is solely responsible for the tax declaration of any winnings received, in accordance with applicable legislation in their country of residence.
12. Modification or Termination of the Challenge
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the challenge at any time, particularly in cases of force majeure or widespread fraud. The challenge is subject to a global reward cap ($10,000), freely determined by the Organizer. Once this cap is reached, the challenge may be closed without notice. No participation after this closure can be rewarded. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any publications made after the challenge closes.
13. Personal Data
Data collected as part of the challenge is used solely for its management and is not shared with third parties.
14. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
