7 Seconds rules

Let's go!

Get everyone hyped. Pick someone to start the timer and someone else to answer first.

The prompt

The starting player reads out a prompt (e.g., 'Name three bad pickup lines' or 'Name three things you'd grab in a fire').

Seven second sprint

The designated player has SEVEN SECONDS to shout out THREE different answers to the prompt. No repeats, no stalling!

Success or fail

If they get three valid answers out before time's up, they're good. If not, there can be a consequence (decide as a group - a dare, drinking, etc.).

Next victim

The person who just went (or whoever's feeling brave) picks the next person to answer and reads the next prompt.
